GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received by 12pm EST are shipped out the same business day via our free ground shipping option. Orders received after 12pm EST are shipped the following business day. 

EXPRESS ORDERS: Overnight Express and 2-Day Shipping orders are shipped out the same day if received by 2pm EST. Orders received after 2pm will ship out the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally via DHL Express for the best service and rates. We charge a flat fee of $30 for Canada and $50 for all other countries. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included in this rate and are the sole responsibility of the receiver. 

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have a 30 Day Return Policy

We take great care in creating and packaging our items. We want you to be 100 percent satisfied with your purchase. You may return an item within 30 days of receipt if it is in original, unworn condition and with tags still attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. Items that HAVE BEEN PERSONALISED are not eligible for return.


HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Contact us to start the return purchase. Items are fulfilled in different locations. Do not return an item before contacting us as we cannot guarantee that it will arrive. Contact us in order to begin the return process.

  

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).

HOW ARE YOUR SHIRTS PRINTED?

Our apparel are printed using high quality DTG technology. 

DTG (Direct-to-Garment) Printing is an inkjet technology that is capable of printing very high-quality, full-color, photographic prints directly onto a t-shirt. You wont feel the print on top of the fabric as the machines inject the ink directly into the material.

You may notice that the colours on sweatshirts do not print as vivid as the colours on t-shirts. This is not a problem and cannot be avoided. This occurs because the material on sweatshirts, as well as on hoodies, is thicker and the ink tends to spread a little during printing.
